Fundraising Training
The Extended Schools Cluster Co-ordinator at Shoreditch Trust has raised over £100,000 since completing the 6 week e-learning Certificate in School Fundraising & Income Generation in 2008. Talking about her success, Dawn said 'Doing the course was the best decision I have ever made for my professional development!' Grants Awarded include: Awards for All, Paul Hamlyn Foundation (£37,000) and SHINE trust (£60,000 over 3 years). Projects include a Saturday School, storytelling training for parents and intergenerational work within a supplementary setting. Fundraising Skills would like to congratulate Dawn and her colleagues at the Trust. The Certificate is taught by a fundraising expert and tutor and is accredited as a Level 3 Award by the Open College Network. This 6 week e-learning course leads to a funding strategy and polished applications to Trusts, the Lottery and local business. The next course begins on 2 November and course fees range from £335 per person, all members receive free 12 month membership of our online funding network and grants information service.
