The Certificate in Healthcare Fundraising is a new intermediate course aimed at staff and volunteers whose role is to maximise income to improve services for members or service users. It has been developed for individuals who are likely to shoulder the responsibility for raising funds while doing many other things. This short course shows you how to attract funds from the lottery, trusts, legacies, corporate bodies and the local community. It will help you plan your projects future fundraising needs and promote your work through developing media and press relations. The Certificate is a six-week online course, with 24 hours of web-based learning and a high level of tutor support. Assessment and AccreditationCertification from the Open College Network requires completion of three online worksheets and a learner diary. All assignments are submitted via the internet.
